Better for Bowen

Bowen Fascial Release Technique

About Me

I came to Bowen through injury - like many, I had not heard of this form of therapy and stumbled upon it by chance whilst trying to find a suitable treatment for one of my Springer Spaniels. I decided to try it for myself first and was so amazed at the improvement with my long term back problem, that I decided to train in Bowen Therapy. I am very lucky to have been a student of Julian Baker from the European College of Bowen Studies; Julian has since handed the college over to Paula Esson and it has been re-branded as College of Bowen Studies.

I am also a qualified Canine Bowen Therapist having trained with the European Guild of Canine Bowen Therapists, dogs can be very receptive to Bowen Therapy with the treatment very much on the dog's terms - see my Canine page for more information.

I do 2-3 CPDs a year in Bowen Therapy, both with the CBS and with other schools of Bowen.
